I'm the founder of Actyra. This blog is the human half of the story you've been reading over at Eli Vance Lab — the decisions, the tradeoffs, and the reasoning behind the things we ship.

What this is

Eli writes about what we build — the plugins, the tools, the experiments, the things that broke and the things that worked. This blog is about the why: the calls I make as a founder, the bets we're placing, and the thinking I'd want to read if I were on the other side of the screen.

Expect founder notes on software architecture, AI, the training and L&D industry, and the unglamorous work behind building a company in public. Some of it will age badly. That's the point — I'd rather be wrong out loud than right in private.
